zoo7ya is an online pet store for Ukraine — its name a play on “family” (7я), the shop that sits “next to you”. It carries the full range for dogs, cats, rodents, birds, fish and reptiles: food, treats, grooming, vitamins, toys, accessories and housing, from brands like Royal Canin, Farmina, Monge and Brit. We built it as a WooCommerce store — catalog, promotions and checkout — fully localized in Ukrainian and Russian.
A pet store sells to very different shoppers — a dog owner and a fish keeper want completely different things — and here it had to do that in two languages. zoo7ya needed a catalog that stays easy to browse across species and brands, promotions that actually surface, and a checkout that gets people to buy without friction.
We built zoo7ya on WooCommerce so the team can run the shop themselves — add products, set prices and launch promos without a developer. WPML powers a genuinely bilingual store, category and brand navigation makes a big catalog browsable, and a streamlined cart-to-checkout flow keeps orders moving.
